Spiritual & funeral support professionals: your document in 30 seconds, in the language of your meeting
Meeting note, Ceremony preparation, and Tribute outline: dictate or paste what was said, and Notae structures the document in your own vocabulary. You review it, validate it, and send it.
Between meeting families and preparing each ceremony, faithfully recording the wishes and memories shared takes attention the urgency of the moment rarely allows. Notae turns what was shared during the meeting into a structured document, with the sobriety and respect these conversations require.
Three formats, your vocabulary
A chaplain Notae account only sees these three formats — never the formats or vocabulary reserved for another profession, and vice versa.
- Meeting note — Context of the meeting, what was shared (memories, wishes — as confided, without interpretation), needs expressed, and agreed next steps.
- Ceremony preparation — Wishes expressed (order of service, music, texts — only those mentioned), people expected to take part (if announced), logistical details reported, and points to confirm.
- Tribute outline — Memories shared (faithfully reported, in the order they were told), traits or moments highlighted by the family, and proposed structure for the tribute (opening, memories, closing).
Before / after, on an example
What you dictate at the end of the exchange:
"tell me what you'd like for the ceremony — something simple, with music she loved — do you have any songs in mind? yes, a song we often listened to together in the car — noted, I'll prepare a proposed outline"
What Notae produces (Meeting note format):
Context of the meeting : ceremony preparation, conversation with the family.
What was shared : wish for a simple ceremony, music the deceased loved, one specific song mentioned (often played together in the car).
Needs expressed : a proposed outline to be prepared.
Agreed next step : proposal to be presented as soon as possible.
To be validated by the family and the professional.

Frequently asked questions
Does Notae interpret the memories or wishes shared?
No, never. Notae faithfully reports what is shared, with sobriety and respect, without judging the person being accompanied or their family.
Does a chaplain account see formats meant for other professions?
No. Every Notae account has a profession chosen at signup. A chaplain account only sees the formats and vocabulary specific to their profession; it has no access to any format or text reserved for another profession (for example a sales representative), and vice versa.
Is discretion about what the family shares guaranteed?
Yes. Notes stay in your account; only what is needed to prepare the support or the ceremony goes into the final document.
