Does Notae replace the psychologist's or therapist's clinical judgment?
No. Notae turns what the patient reports during or after the session into a structured document. It never adds a new diagnosis, never invents an observation, and reminds that the document must be validated by the practitioner before it is sent on.
Does a clinical psychologist account see formats meant for other professions?
No. Every Notae account has a profession chosen at signup. A clinical psychologist account only sees the formats and vocabulary specific to their profession; it has no access to any format or text reserved for another profession (for example a physiotherapist), and vice versa.
Is the psychologist's professional confidentiality respected?
Yes. No information is shared with anyone else: the document stays in your account and you decide what to do with it, including for a report intended for an insurer or third-party payer.
