Accountants and advisors: your document in 30 seconds, in the language of your appointment
Appointment, Recommendations, and Follow-up: dictate or paste what was said, and Notae structures the document in your own vocabulary. You review it, validate it, and send it.
Between client appointments and tax deadlines, writing a detailed summary usually comes after today's urgent file. Notae turns what was said during the appointment into a structured document, without ever inventing a figure, a rate, or a recommendation that wasn't made.
Three formats, your vocabulary
A accountant / chartered accountant Notae account only sees these three formats — never the formats or vocabulary reserved for another profession, and vice versa.
- Appointment — Topic discussed, figures and information shared by the client (only those mentioned), analysis or point made by the professional (as stated, without addition), decisions made, and next step and deadline.
- Recommendations — Context (factual summary), recommendations made by the professional (only those expressed in the exchange), actions for the client to take, and deadlines.
- Follow-up — Open points (what remains to be handled), documents expected (from the client), legal or administrative deadlines (only if mentioned), and next point of contact.
Before / after, on an example
What you dictate at the end of the exchange:
"revenue went up this quarter? yes, about fifteen percent compared to the previous quarter — and costs stayed stable? yes, about the same — I'll prepare the VAT return with these figures and send you a full update next week"
What Notae produces (Appointment format):
Topic discussed : review of the quarter's revenue.
Figures shared by the client : revenue up about 15% versus the previous quarter; costs stable.
Analysis : VAT return being prepared based on these figures.
Next step : full update to be sent next week.
To be validated by the professional before sending.

Frequently asked questions
Does Notae give financial or tax advice?
No, never. Notae reports what was said and stated by the professional during the appointment; it never invents or fills in a figure, rate, amount, or recommendation that wasn't stated.
Does a accountant / chartered accountant account see formats meant for other professions?
No. Every Notae account has a profession chosen at signup. A accountant / chartered accountant account only sees the formats and vocabulary specific to their profession; it has no access to any format or text reserved for another profession (for example a veterinarian), and vice versa.
Does the client's financial data stay confidential?
Yes. Summaries stay in your encrypted account; you decide whether to send them to the client or a third party — Notae never does.
