What you dictate as you leave the meeting:
"so Mrs D. received a registered letter from her landlord on the twelfth of October, termination of the lease with three months' notice, she wants to know whether the ground holds and whether she can stay until the summer, she has the letter and the lease with her, she still has to send me the rent receipts, I check the ground and the deadlines and I get back to her by Friday"

Frequently asked questions
Does Notae give legal advice?
No, never. Notae reports the facts and what you stated during the exchange; it never invents or fills in a legal basis, deadline or amount. Every document carries a validation line and has no value until you have reviewed it.
What if I did not mention a deadline?
The "Deadlines" heading reads "not specified" or "to be checked". Notae never infers a procedural deadline on your behalf.
Does a lawyer account see other professions' templates?
No. Every account has a profession chosen at signup and only sees the templates of its family. A lawyer account has no access to any format reserved for another profession, and vice versa.
