Sales professionals: your document in 30 seconds, in the language of your appointment
Visit summary, Agreed points / proposal, and Follow-up: dictate or paste what was said, and Notae structures the document in your own vocabulary. You review it, validate it, and send it.
Between back-to-back client meetings and the objections to remember before following up, writing a complete visit summary takes time a sales pace rarely allows. Notae turns what was said during the meeting into a structured document, without ever inventing a price, a discount, or a commitment that wasn't mentioned.
Three formats, your vocabulary
A b2B sales representative Notae account only sees these three formats — never the formats or vocabulary reserved for another profession, and vice versa.
- Visit summary — Context and contacts, needs expressed by the client (factual), objections or concerns raised, information shared (price, timelines — only those mentioned), and next step.
- Agreed points / proposal — Confirmed need, offer elements discussed (only those stated), points still open, and next deadline.
- Follow-up — Progress status (factual summary), points pending on the client's side, points pending on the professional's side, and planned follow-up date.
Before / after, on an example
What you dictate at the end of the exchange:
"your priority is reducing delivery times? yes, that's our main pain point right now — I'll look at what we can offer on that specific point and come back with a tailored proposal by Wednesday — what about the budget? let's talk once I have the details of the offer"
What Notae produces (Visit summary format):
Needs expressed by the client : reducing delivery times identified as the priority and main pain point.
Information shared : tailored proposal to follow by Wednesday.
Open points : budget discussion postponed until offer details are ready.
Next step : proposal to be sent by Wednesday.
To be validated by the professional.
