HR professionals: your document in 30 seconds, in the language of your interview

Recruitment interview, Annual / performance review, and Follow-up or mediation meeting: dictate or paste what was said, and Notae structures the document in your own vocabulary. You review it, validate it, and send it.

Between recruitment interviews and the summary to write for each candidate, HR documentation is often done from memory, risking a forgotten fact or an unintended value judgment. Notae turns what was said during the interview into a structured document, without ever inventing an evaluation or adding sensitive data that wasn't mentioned.

Three formats, your vocabulary

A recruiter Notae account only sees these three formats — never the formats or vocabulary reserved for another profession, and vice versa.

  • Recruitment interview — Position concerned, background and experience reported (factual), skills highlighted, points of attention or open questions (factual, never a judgment about the person), recommendation (only if made by the recruiter), and next step.
  • Annual / performance review — Review of the past year (achievements reported), goals met or not (as discussed), difficulties raised (factually, without judgment), goals for the next period, and training needs (if mentioned).
  • Follow-up or mediation meeting — Context (factual, reason for the meeting), viewpoints expressed (reported without taking sides or judging), agreements or options discussed, and next step.

Before / after, on an example

What you dictate at the end of the exchange:

"you managed a team of five in your previous role? yes, for two years I was responsible for coordinating the department — what stood out most to you in that role? managing priorities when several projects came in at once — I'll pass your profile to the team, we'll get back to you by the end of the week"

What Notae produces (Recruitment interview format):

Position concerned : team coordination.

Background reported : two years coordinating a team of five.

Skills highlighted : managing priorities across simultaneous projects.

Next step : profile passed to the team, follow-up expected by the end of the week.

To be validated by the HR professional.
