Insurance professionals: your document in 30 seconds, in the language of your appointment

Expert report, Appointment summary, and List of documents: dictate or paste what was said, and Notae structures the document in your own vocabulary. You review it, validate it, and send it.

Between appointments with policyholders and the documents to gather for each file, writing a faithful expert report takes time a heavy claims load rarely allows. Notae turns what was declared and observed into a structured document, without ever inventing an amount or a settlement decision.

Three formats, your vocabulary

A insurance claims adjuster Notae account only sees these three formats — never the formats or vocabulary reserved for another profession, and vice versa.

  • Expert report — Policyholder's statement (the facts, as said), observations made (only what was described or seen), circumstances reported, and missing elements ("to be completed" if not provided).
  • Appointment summary — Topic discussed, information shared by the policyholder (only what was mentioned), explanations given by the professional (as stated), and next step and deadline.
  • List of documents — Documents requested (as announced), by whom (policyholder or third party), deadline (if given, otherwise "not specified"), and point of contact.

Before / after, on an example

What you dictate at the end of the exchange:

"the water damage was noticed Monday morning? yes, I saw a stain on the living room ceiling when I got up — did you notify the building manager? yes, the same day — I'll examine the area and list the documents needed, I'll send you the full report by the end of the week"

What Notae produces (Appointment summary format):

Topic discussed : water damage noticed Monday morning, stain on the living room ceiling.

Information shared by the policyholder : building manager notified the same day.

Explanations given : site examination pending, list of file documents being prepared.

Next step : full report expected by the end of the week.

To be validated by the professional.

Frequently asked questions

Does Notae assess the amount of a settlement?

No, never. Notae reports statements and observations exactly as said or seen; no amount, rate, or settlement decision is ever invented or inferred.

Does a insurance claims adjuster account see formats meant for other professions?

No. Every Notae account has a profession chosen at signup. A insurance claims adjuster account only sees the formats and vocabulary specific to their profession; it has no access to any format or text reserved for another profession (for example a researcher), and vice versa.

Does the policyholder's personal data stay confidential?

Yes. Reports stay in your encrypted account; you decide whether to send them to the insurer or a third party.
