A security officer Notae account only sees these three formats — never the formats or vocabulary reserved for another profession, and vice versa.

- Intervention summary — Reason for the intervention, sequence of events (factual, chronological), findings (observed or reported), and follow-up given.
- Follow-up — Open points since the last report, actions completed, actions still to do, and next deadline or point of contact.

Does Notae make an accusation or judgment about a person?
No, never. Notae stays strictly factual and chronological: no accusation, suspicion, or judgment appears unless explicitly stated by the professional.
Does a security officer account see formats meant for other professions?
No. Every Notae account has a profession chosen at signup. A security officer account only sees the formats and vocabulary specific to their profession; it has no access to any format or text reserved for another profession (for example a podcaster), and vice versa.
Does information about the people involved stay confidential?
Yes. Reports stay in your account; you decide whether to share them with the team or an authorized third party.
