Frequently asked questions
Does Notae value a property?
No. Notae produces no valuation: it only reports the prices or ranges you spoke. Otherwise the heading reads "not specified".
Is an inventory dictated with Notae an official inventory?
No. The "Inventory of fixtures" template structures your dictated observations room by room; it remains a working document to complete, sign and attach according to the rules that apply where you work.
Are general meeting vote results reliable?
They are reported exactly as you announced them during the meeting. If a result was not dictated, the minutes read "not specified"; Notae never reconstructs a figure.
