Real estate professionals: your document in 30 seconds, in the language of your appointment
Visit or meeting summary, General meeting minutes, and Inventory of fixtures: dictate or paste what was said, and Notae structures the document in your own vocabulary. You review it, validate it, and send it.
Between viewings, client meetings, and co-ownership assemblies, writing a faithful summary takes time a real estate professional's schedule rarely allows. Notae turns what was said during the exchange into a structured document, without ever inventing a price, a surface area, or a vote result that wasn't announced.
Three formats, your vocabulary
A real estate agent Notae account only sees these three formats — never the formats or vocabulary reserved for another profession, and vice versa.
- Visit or meeting summary — Property or topic concerned, client feedback (what was liked, reservations — factual), information shared (price, surface area, availability — only those mentioned), and agreed next steps.
- General meeting minutes — Agenda (points announced), resolutions (each with the vote result exactly as announced — for/against/abstain if given, otherwise "not specified"), decisions made, and items postponed (if mentioned).
- Inventory of fixtures — Property concerned, room by room (condition reported or observed, only what is said), meter readings (only if announced), and reservations or issues noted.
Before / after, on an example
What you dictate at the end of the exchange:
"what did you think of the apartment you visited this morning? I really like the location but the kitchen is smaller than I imagined — noted, I'll check if there are other properties with a bigger kitchen in the area — and is there room to negotiate on the price? I'll check with the seller and get back to you"
What Notae produces (Visit or meeting summary format):
Property concerned : apartment visited this morning.
Client feedback : location liked, kitchen felt smaller than expected.
Information shared : search underway for other properties with a bigger kitchen in the same area.
Agreed next steps : checking negotiation room with the seller, follow-up to come.
To be validated by the professional.

Frequently asked questions
Does Notae invent a price or a vote result?
No, never. Notae only reports prices, surface areas, and vote results explicitly announced; for general meeting minutes, it writes "not specified" rather than estimating a missing figure.
Does a real estate agent account see formats meant for other professions?
No. Every Notae account has a profession chosen at signup. A real estate agent account only sees the formats and vocabulary specific to their profession; it has no access to any format or text reserved for another profession (for example a teacher), and vice versa.
Does data about your clients and co-owners stay confidential?
Yes. Documents stay in your account; you decide how they're shared with clients, co-owners, or third parties.
